This study aims to describe the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management and identify the obstacles faced in SD Negeri 1 Nepen, Teras District, Boyolali Regency, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Validity is strengthened through triangulation of sources and methods, while data analysis follows Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results of the study show that in the Context aspect, the priority of infrastructure management is focused on the needs of students, even though it is limited by the budget. In the input aspect, resources come from the RAPBS and committee support, but there are no special officers and the administration is still manual. In the Process aspect, procurement is carried out through the education office, the use of collective facilities (prayer room, greenhouse, field), and maintenance is carried out in mutual cooperation but incidentally. In the Product aspect, some facilities are functioning well (classrooms, prayer rooms, fields), but some are less than optimal, such as greenhouses where some of the plants are not maintained, computer laboratories that are rarely used, and inclusion rooms that are not functional. The main obstacles include budget constraints, lack of specialized personnel, manual administration, and unplanned maintenance. This study concludes that the management of infrastructure facilities at SD Negeri 1 Nepen is already underway, but its effectiveness is still limited so it is necessary to strengthen administration, routine maintenance, and community participation.
